Step 1.
Please provide the following information on a piece of paper along with your device.
* Your full name, address, contact number & e-mail
* The Make & Model of your device
* The problem(s) or issue(s) related to the device
* Provide us with the password, pattern lock or if possible, remove these security features
If possible, we recommend that you backup your device before sending it in. We won’t be responsible for any loss of data during the transit of the device or during the repair process.
Step 2.
Ship the device to our North Vancouver location
Package the device safely and securely with your written information. Please ship to:

We recommend shipping via Canada Post with tracking, which should costs approximately $15 (depends on your location). If using this method, please include a return Prepaid Envelope with tracking (we do not ship collect), or a $15 return shipping cost will be added to the repair invoice. You can also ship using other shipping methods, but please remember that we do not pay for the return shipping.
Step 3
Repair and Payment
Once we receive the device, we will complete a full diagnostic test and provide you with a free estimate. If you agree with the repair, we will fix the device within 1 business day. Lastly, a representative will call you to accept a secured credit card payment over the phone.
